Beyond the cards
We believe in surprising families with an overwhelming outpouring of love and support. When resources allow, we provide financial assistance, grocery gift cards, family experiences such as movie tickets, and other thoughtful gifts to help ease the burden that often accompanies a child's serious illness.
What a family receives
- A $500 donation from us
- Gas gift cards for travel to and from treatment
- Grocery and restaurant gift cards
- Brand new toys, coloring books, stuffed animals and games for the child
Everything is new, and everything is hand delivered
Nothing gets shipped. Our team drives the cards, the gift cards and the gifts to the family's door.
Where it comes from
Gift cards come in at our events and from sponsors. Meijer has partnered with us on $200 grocery gift cards, and Directions Credit Union has given movie tickets for the whole family.
The $500 comes from donations. If you want to fund one family's support directly, we will tell you exactly where it went.
