Handmade cards are at the heart of every Surprise Attack. Make cards on your own or bring together your school, church, workplace, club, family, or community group. A few words of encouragement, a drawing, a joke, or a message of hope can remind a child that an entire community is cheering them on.
Help Us Prepare for a Surprise Attack
Before cards reach our families, our team carefully reviews and organizes them. With thousands of cards coming in during a campaign, extra hands make a huge difference. Volunteers can help us sort, review, and prepare cards for delivery.
Volunteer at an Event
Our community events and fundraisers take a team. Volunteers can help with setup and cleanup, registration, raffle tables, food service, activities, and other needs throughout the event. Whether you can give a few hours or help throughout an event, we’d love to have you join us.
Adopt a Family
Through our Adopt a Family program, individuals, families, groups, and businesses can directly support an OSA family during one of our campaigns.
Choose a $250 Gold Sponsorship or a $500 Platinum Sponsorship to directly support an OSA family during one of our campaigns. 100% of your Adopt a Family sponsorship goes directly to the family you are sponsoring.
When funds are available, OSA provides $500 in financial assistance to each family we serve to help ease the burden of expenses such as groceries, gas, travel, and everyday household needs.

We feature your support on our website and social media for six months, with a monthly shout-out.
- Platinum Sponsorship$500
Everything in Gold for a full year, plus your logo added to the sponsors on our website.
Become a Holiday Family Sponsor
Help us make the holidays a little brighter for an entire OSA family. Our Holiday Wishes campaign goes beyond gifts for the child we are supporting. We also provide gifts for siblings and parents, along with special experiences the family can enjoy together.
OSA provides Amazon Wish Lists for each family, making it easy for Holiday Family Sponsors to choose gifts specifically requested by the family. Sponsors can also help provide family experiences, memberships, tickets, gift cards, and other meaningful surprises that give families opportunities to make memories together during the holiday season.
